WAYNE COUNTY, Mich. – The River Rouge School District, in partnership with the Heart Work Is Hard Work Foundation, will be giving away 4,000 free turkeys and other dinner fixings to families in need on Monday.
The giveaway will be at River Rouge High School, located at 1460 W Coolidge Highway. It will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 12 p.m. on Nov. 25.

According to organizers, no registration is required, but it is on a first-come, first-served basis.
