DETROIT – Neighbors on Detroit’s west side are relieved that two teenagers who had been sleeping on a porch on Leslie Street near Dexter Linwood are no longer outside — for now.
In the video, D’Andre is seen approaching the young teens, expressing concern for their safety.
CPS tells Local 4 that they have been to the home “several times” and a letter was found at the home.
