Stretch of SB US-23 in Livingston County reopens after deadly crash involving pedestrian

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mich. – A portion of southbound US-23 in Livingston County reopened Wednesday following a crash involving a pedestrian.

Michigan State Police said the deadly crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian shut down southbound US-23 near M-59 on the morning of Dec. 18, 2024. Details on the crash were not released.

The roadway reopened at around 8 a.m.
