DETROIT – Detroit police are searching for a man linked to a murder on the city’s west side.
The shooting happened around 5:40 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, 2024, in the 10000 block of Greenfield Road in Detroit.
Dakarrie Adams is wanted in connection with the murder, according to officials.
He was last seen wearing a dark-colored hat, glasses, a black jacket, black pants with distinctive coloring in the front, and black shoes.
He left the shooting scene heading north on Greenfield Road in a white Chevrolet Trax, police said.

NOTE: Although the time stamps on these stills are 6:42 p.m. and 6:43 p.m., Detroit police said the shooting happened around 5:40 p.m. Thursday.
