A report from Reuters says the social media app plans to shut off in the U.S. starting on Sunday, unless the Supreme Court moves to block it.

TikTok’s plan is for users who try to open the app to see a popup that directs them to information about the ban.

This shutdown would be a different outcome than what’s mandated by the law, which would only ban new TikTok downloads on Apple or Google app stores. Existing TikTok users could continue to use the app for the time being.

TikTok plans to give users the option to download all of their data, according to the Reuters report.
