DETROIT – Detroit police is asking the public for help in finding four suspects accused of robbing a 15-year-old boy at gunpoint.
According to police, a 15-year-old boy was walking in the area of Fenmore and W McNichols on Jan. 16, 2025, at around 6 a.m. when four suspects exited a black Ford Explorer and approached him.

One suspect allegedly pointed a handgun at the 15-year-old while the others demanded his personal property. The suspects then went back in the car and drove away.
Police said the suspect who pointed the gun at the 15-year-old is described to be a tall and thin male wearing a black mask, dark Carhartt jacket, Hyflex gloves, black and white jogging pants and red Jordan shoes.
Another suspect is described to be a tall and thin male wearing a black jacket, black pants and black tennis shoes.
A description was not provided for the remaining suspects.
