OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – An animal rescue group in Metro Detroit is offering a Valentine’s Day special where they can name a feral cat after your ex.

For every $50 donation throughout February, First Watch Rescue in Farmington Hills will take a feral cat off the street and neuter or spay the feline in your ex’s name.

The rescue group has an animal control process involving the trap-neuter-release method. The organization said they safely trap feral cats and transport them to a spay and neuter clinic for surgery, pain medication, nail trim, rabies vaccine and ear tip before they are released back to their colony.

According to First Watch Rescue, just Venmo or PayPal to @Firstwatchrescue, and they will send a receipt with his name on the neuter or spay certificate.
