DETROIT – Police took a man into custody after a fatal shooting turned into a barricaded situation on Detroit’s west side.
It happened Friday, Feb. 14, at a home near the intersection of Washburn and Santa Clara streets. Police said a woman was shot to death at the home and a man barricaded himself inside.
