$500 reward offered for info in deadly hit-and-run on Detroit’s west side

DETROIT – Police in Detroit are looking for a driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run on the city’s west side.

The crash happened Feb. 2, just before 10 p.m. at the intersection of Evergreen and Schoolcraft roads. Police said a 45-year-old man was crossing the street when he was struck by an older model gray sedan.

The suspect vehicle will have front-end damage from the crash.

A $500 reward has been offered for information. Tips must include the case number 2502020288.
