If you bought Boar’s Head meat products included in a 2024 recall, you could be owed compensation.

Boar’s Head Provisions Co. has agreed to a $3.1 million class action settlement to resolve allegations that it sold meat products later recalled due to potential listeria contamination.

The settlement applies to consumers who purchased Boar’s Head products between May 10, 2024, and August 12, 2024, that were subsequently recalled over listeria concerns.

Boar’s Head issued a voluntary recall on July 25 and July 29, 2024, for select meat products potentially contaminated with listeria—a harmful foodborne bacteria that can cause severe illness, particularly in pregnant women, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems.

Boar’s Head has denied any wrongdoing but agreed to a $3.1 million class action settlement to resolve the claims.

The deadline to file an objection or request exclusion from the settlement is May 16, 2025.

A final approval hearing for the Boar’s Head settlement is set for August 13, 2025.

To qualify for settlement benefits, eligible class members must submit a completed claim form by May 16, 2025.
