DETROIT – Nearly 350 pounds of cocaine headed for Canada were seized by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
It happened Tuesday, April 15. According to authorities, a Canada-bound vehicle at the Ambassador Bridge was selected for additional examination, where officers found multiple bricks of white powdery substance within two duffel bags and two moving boxes. Further testing reportedly confirmed the substance to be cocaine.

The driver, a citizen of India, was taken into custody and faces federal prosecution.
