DETROIT – A glitch at Hollywood Casino at Greektown caused several slot machines to go down over the weekend.
Local 4 received several calls and emails about the issue around 4-6 p.m. Saturday, so we looked into what was going on.
A spokesperson with the casino confirmed that there was a glitch that affected several slot machines. That person said the glitch has been fixed.
Payouts from those machines had to be given out by hand, and several customers reported frustration with how long they had to wait.
As of Monday morning, it’s still unclear what caused the glitch. We’ll provide an update if the cause of that glitch is determined.
