DETROIT – Firefighters are battling a blaze at a home in Southwest Detroit early Thursday morning.
A home near the intersection of Western Street and Dix Avenue is seen engulfed in flames at around 6:30 a.m. on April 24, 2025.
Crews are at the scene to control the fire.
At around 7 a.m., flames appear to be out, but smoke is still prominent in the area.
It’s unclear if anyone was injured.
