YPSILANTI TOWNSHIP, Mich. – The Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting in Ypsilanti Township.
It happened Wednesday, May 7, just before midnight at a home on Hewitt Road, north of Congress Street.

According to authorities, a domestic dispute between a father and son resulted in the 74-year-old father fatally shooting his 34-year-old son during the altercation.
No arrests have been made.
The investigation is ongoing.
