DETROIT – The County of Macomb Enforcement Team executed a search warrant in Detroit where they recovered fake fentanyl, meth pills in a massive drug raid.

The drug bust occurred on Wednesday (May 14), where detectives said they seized over 10,000 pills, which included fake fentanyl or methamphetamine pills, 12 firearms, five of which were reported stolen with intent to forefeit.

Police said the suspect was a convicted felon and was lodged pending arraignment.

The street value of the drugs, according to the Michigan State Police, is approximately $50,000.

Troopers said the investigation was ongoing.
