DETROIT – A stretch of northbound I-75 was shut down early Thursday morning due to a crash.
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) reported the closure just after 2 a.m. on June 12, 2025, on northbound I-75 at the Lodge Freeway.
The freeway reopened at around 6 a.m. Thursday.
A car was seen overturned in the middle of the freeway, and MDOT crews were redirecting traffic. Injuries from the crash are not yet known.
