WARREN, Mich. – The Warren Planning Commission unanimously approved a new Sheetz restaurant and convenience store.
The approval occurred on Monday (June 16) for the Sheetz location at the 12 Mile and Dequindre roads, marking the 20th Metro Detroit location for the popular chain as it continues its rapid expansion across the region.
The new Warren store will feature a 6,100-square-foot restaurant and convenience store, along with an outdoor café and 14 fueling stations.
Sheetz remains on track to open 50-60 locations in southeast Michigan over the next five to six years.
The start of construction on several locations is scheduled to begin later this year and continue into 2026.
