SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A woman was found dead in Macomb County after a 911 caller hung up on a dispatcher.
Shelby Township police officers went to the Lakeside Park Apartments on Lakeside Park Drive at 6:32 a.m. Saturday, July 19, 2025, after a 911 caller hung up on dispatchers.

Police said they went into the apartment and found a woman’s body. The case is being investigated as a murder.
One person has been arrested. Officers said there’s no danger to the public.
