Crash involving Jeep closes Macomb County intersection

MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. – An investigation is underway after a crash closed a Macomb County intersection on Wednesday.

The crash happened at 34 Mile Road and Van Dyke Avenue on Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025.

At around noon, the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office made a post asking drivers to avoid the intersection due to a traffic investigation.

Aerial footage shows a red Jeep in the grass on the side of the road with significant damage.

A gravel hauler was also seen stopped near the scene.

No other information about the crash has been released at this time.
