DETROIT – Leroy Pee-wee Plummer learned three very important lessons recently.
Lesson one; if you're lost ask for directions.
Pee-wee got lost and ended up on a one way street that forces traffic into the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel.
Pee-wee didn't want to go to Canada and he certainly didn't want border patrol to look in his car, which brings us to lesson number two.
If you are a convicted felon you are not allowed to carry a gun.
Pee-wee had a loaded Smith & Wesson with a bullet in the chamber, and as a former bank robber Pee-wee can't carry a gun and he knows it.
Not wanting to go back to prison Pee-wee then leads law enforcement on a high speed chase, at 70 miles per hour, through several neighborhoods.
On Riverview he throws the loaded gun out the window, with a bullet still in the chamber, and it lands on the front lawn of a family home.
Pee-wee didn't want to talk about the third lesson that he learned the hard way, don't throw a loaded gun out the window.
The judge had no problems talking about lesson three; he gave Pee-wee an extra 6 months just for that irresponsible blunder.
Pee-wee's big adventure landing him in prison for a total of three years and five months.
