DETROIT – Two victims were shot, one fatally, Saturday night on Detroit's west side.
Police said a man, 20, and woman, 18, were in a blue 2012 Chrysler 200 on Mansfield Street near West McNichols Road at about 10:40 p.m. when someone started shooting.

The woman, who was driving, was hit in the thigh, police said. The man was shot in the back.
The woman drove to her home, where she called for help. Police said the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said it is unclear if the car was moving or parked when the shooting began, and the woman did not see the shooter.
