FRANKENMUTH, Mich. – Police are investigating a report of “indecent exposure” at a Michigan water park.
The Frankenmuth Police Department is investigating after a witness reported that a man exposed himself in a public area of the Zehnder’s Splash Village water park in Frankenmuth on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 12:55 p.m.
Police said they interviewed witnesses, a potential suspect, and reviewed security footage with water park security. An arrest was not made, but the case will be sent to the Saginaw County prosecutor’s office.
“The department takes all complaints seriously and conducted a thorough initial investigation. The current evidence does not provide sufficient grounds for an arrest. This investigation remains open and is ongoing,” the police department posted in a social media post. “Information will be updated as it becomes available.”
The police department is asking for anyone who witnessed the alleged exposure to come forward. Anyone with information should contact Officer Mike Mitin at 989-652-8371, extension 194.
“The Frankenmuth Police Department and Splash Village are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals in our community. We encourage anyone who witnesses or experiences criminal activity to report it immediately by calling Saginaw Central 911,” the police department posted.
