DETROIT – A Dearborn man who pleaded guilty to killing another man during a basketball game argument was sentenced Monday morning in Wayne County court.
Fadi Faraj, 34, pleaded guilty to second degree murder for last year's shooting death of 23-year-old Hassan Zeidan. Faraj admitted in court that he got into a fight with Zeidan over a pick-up game of basketball, went to his car to get a gun and then opened fire.
He was sentenced to serve between 23 and 45 years in prison.
