President Biden signs $1.9T COVID-19 relief bill

Bill approved by Congress on Wednesday

President Biden signed the $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief bill, the American Rescue Plan, Thursday afternoon at the White House.

Biden signed it a day earlier than expected. He will address the nation on Thursday night.
