The Powerball jackpot has reached $875 million ahead of Saturday night’s drawing.
The prize comes with a cash option of about $441.9 million. This jackpot is the third largest in the game’s history.
Saturday night’s drawing will be the 37th drawing since the Powerball jackpot was last won. The last Michigan player to win a Powerball jackpot was Cristy Davis of Waterford. Davis won the game’s $70 million jackpot on Feb. 12, 2020.
Powerball tickets are sold until 9:45 p.m. on the night of the drawing. Powerball drawings happen at 10:59 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
