California Highway Patrol officers executed a PIT maneuver to stop a fleeing suspect Monday night. Chopper video shows the final moments of the pursuit.
The suspect is seen traveling in a Volkswagen Jetta. An officer pulls up behind the suspect and bumps the vehicle, causing it to spin out onto the side of the road. Other law enforcement vehicles immediately pull up to block the suspect in.

According to KNBC, the chase ended on Interstate 5 in Castaic shortly after 11 p.m.
Paramedics arrived to tend to the driver.
The driver was taken into custody shortly after 11:30 p.m.
