WATCH: Michigan Gov. Whitmer delivers 2nd State of the State address

LANSING, Mich. – Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer delivered her second State of the State address on Wednesday night.

The governor discussed challenges the state is facing. She will also outline policy priorities that she says will create a stronger state.
