Two sons of NASCAR and IndyCar team owner Roger Penske, Jay and Mark Penske, were arrested Thursday for a break-in at the Nantucket Yacht Club in Massachusetts after two women said they were assaulted in the club's parking lot.

According to a police report, the incident was reported as an assault and battery when two women approached officers on Broad Street, claiming they had been assaulted by two men, later identified as the Penske brothers.
The report claims the Penske brothers were urinating in the parking lot, and that when she confronted Jay Penske, he "turned and continued to urinate on her boots. He then proceeded to grab her arm and push her. (The woman) also states that Mark before he ran away pushed her and they both then ran to the house on Yacht Club property" the report states.
The brothers were charged with "breaking and entering in the nighttime and attempt to commit a misdemeanor." The women declined to file assault charges
Police said they apprehended Jay trying to run away from the club and Mark inside the employee apartment with cuts on his arm after apparently falling down a staircase.
In perhaps the most bizarre part of the story, one of the women claims that Jay Penske shouted "You're not white enough" at her as he was being detained. (The race of the women was not revealed in the article.) They spent the night at the Nantucket detention facility. Their pretrial hearings are scheduled for August 20.
Jay Penske is the owner of Dragon Racing in the IndyCar Series with drivers Sebastian Bourdais and Katherine Legge.
