From Rhonda Walker:ย Alas true relief from the heat! Iโll admit I like it hot and summer is my favorite season, but temps in the 100s made it hard to do anything outdoors including my favorite hobby, golf. Wednesday is my girlsโ night out golf league at Detroit Golf Club and Iโve missed it all summer due to my medical leave, so Iโm really looking forward to playing with my girls for the first time this season. Iโm also looking forward to my 9th annual Give and Get Fit Health and Fitness event on the Detroit Riverfront to support inner city teens this Sunday morning. I hope to see you there and you can still register for our 5k run/walk and 10k, itโs so much fun and the weather will be great for a morning of exercise.
