Traffic: Ford Road lane closure, I-94 ramp to US-23 closed 🚗
Watch out for a lane closure along a busy section of Ford Road (M-153) today between Evergreen Road and Stahelin Street.
Over in Washtenaw County, the westbound I-94 ramp to southbound US-23 will be closed for construction.

Michigan water protections 🌊
Governor Whitmer will hold a press conference today with state health and environment leaders to explain changes to the Michigan Safe Drinking Water Act of 2018. Whitmer's office says the changes approved last year make Michigan the state with the strongest protections in the U.S. against lead in drinking water.

We can't wait to see what this is! JPMorgan Chase is expected to announce a major update to the firm's $150 million investment in Detroit's economic recovery. They will be joined by Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan and key local partners to announce the update to the firm's commitment to date as well as look ahead to what's next. The event is scheduled for 6 p.m.
Rocket Mortgage Classic Pro-Am ⛳
What a week for golf fans in Michigan! Even if you don't like golf, at least you know it's a sign of great weather and good times outdoors. The Delta Dental Pro-Am will be played this afternoon ahead of this week's Rocket Mortgage Classic at the Detroit Golf Club. Each group of four amateurs will play with a different pro on the front nine and back nine. All amateurs will play a shamble -- the group chooses its best drive and then individuals play their own ball from that point on. Mickey Redmond is among the players!!
