TNT CORE BAR rotational lunges

No description found

This exercise will help you to not only transfer your weight from trail leg to forward leg, it will also help you to separate your upper body from your lower body and strengthen your core.

This is done more effectively using the TNT CORE BAR. TNT CORE BAR is tilted up, down and side-to-side as you rotate and bend your body.

As you move the bar, the weights inside also move, generating momentum and pulling your body further in the direction you are moving the bar!

This causes you to actively engage more core muscles as you attempt to decelerate the weights moving within the bar!! Your core muscles have no choice but to work, and work they will! In a very short time, you will notice more firmness throughout your midsection and find it easier to move your entire body!

A strong core creates a powerful stable swing that will increase distance and reduce the chance of having a back injury.

Do this exercise 2 to 3 times per week for 2 to 3 sets of 10 reps and watch the distance increase.
