National Signing Day is only two days away, but Michigan football fans didn't have to wait for another top-notch receiver commitment.
The No. 1 player in the state of Iowa, wide receiver Oliver Martin, committed to the Wolverines Monday night on Twitter.
"I am proud and excited to announce my commitment to play football for the University of Michigan! Go Blue!" Martin tweeted at 9:46 p.m.
Martin's announcement came with a video of the high school senior jumping into a swimming pool with head coach Jim Harbaugh and assistant head coach Pep Hamilton.

Martin is a four-star prospect and the 28th ranked wide receiver in the country, according to 247 Sports. He joins an embarrassment of riches at wide receiver in Michigan's 2017 recruiting class, including the No. 1 player in Michigan, Cass Tech's Donovan Peoples-Jones, and the No. 1 player in Connecticut, Tarik Black.
Martin chose the Wolverines over Notre Dame, Iowa, Michigan State and Ohio State. He had offers from a total of 18 schools, including Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Minnesota from the Big Ten.
Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan and Western Michigan were also pursuing Martin from the state of Michigan.
The 6-foot, 188-pound wide receiver is Michigan's 27th commit in the 2017 class, and the fourth receiver, joining Peoples-Jones, Black and Brad Hawkins. Harbaugh has earned commitments from one five-star, 18 four-stars and eight three-stars.
The Wolverines have the fourth-ranked recruiting class in the country behind Alabama, Ohio State and Georgia.
