The Detroit Red Wings could be sellers:

Reports last week say Red Wings general manager Ken Holland is looking to sell. TSN's Bob McKenzie reports that the Wings are "getting lots of calls on defenseman Brendan Smith," but are also looking at an extension.

Detroit resigned Smith in 2015 to a 2-year deal, and he will be a free agent after this season.

Toronto is rumored to be interested in Smith, along with Riley Sheahan

Darren Dreger reports that "3-4 teams" are looking at Sheahan, including the Maple Leafs.

Colorado looking to move Duchene:

The Avs are shopping Matt Duchene, but aren't opposed to holding off on trading him until after the season is over.

Sportsnet says: "They're telling everyone they're not changing what they want. Three or four pieces, depending on the age. A young defenseman or a goaltender. And they have told everybody, if they don't get what they want, they'll take it to the end of the season."

Tampa Bay shopping Brian Boyle:

Boyle, who has surpassed 20 points for the third straight year, is an impending free agent

Brian Lawton reports that Boyle could be targeted since Hanzal is off the market.

UPDATE: TSN reporting a Boyle trade to Toronto.

Carolina making Justin Faulk available?

Edmonton Journal reports that defenseman Justin Faulk is available at the deadline. The 24-year-old is having one of his worst seasons with the Hurricanes.

Winnipeg Jets getting calls on Drew Stafford:

Stafford would become a free agent after this season, and Craig Custance reports a lot of interest in the forward.
