CHICAGO – The first game of Friday's double header between the Detroit Tigers and Chicago White Sox has been postponed due to rain.
The Tigers were scheduled to play at 5:10 p.m. and 8:10 p.m. ET, but the 5:10 p.m. game has been moved to Saturday, the White Sox announced.

Detroit and Chicago will play a straight double header Saturday.
Based on the weather forecast, Game 1 of tonight’s doubleheader has been postponed. Game 2 will be played as scheduled starting at 7:10 PM.

The two teams will play a straight doubleheader tomorrow at 2:10 pm. The second game will start 30 minutes after the conclusion of Game 1.
