Pistons, Bucks take knee after tip to show support for Blake family

DETROIT – Players for the Detroit Pistons and Milwaukee Bucks joined together to take a knee after the game started on Wednesday night.

The move comes after the Celtics and Heat issued a joint statement calling out the differences in treatment between Black and white protesters after riots at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday afternoon.

Pistons coach Dwane Casey said it was also to show support for Jacob Blake’s family.
