DETROIT – Detroit Pistons head coach Dwane Casey will missing Thursday’s game against the Indiana Pacers for personal reasons, the team announced.

The Pistons specified that this is not a COVID-related issue for Casey.

Assistant coach Rex Kalamian will assume coaching duties for the game.
