DETROIT – Detroit Pistons head coach Dwane Casey has entered the NBA’s health and safety protocols, the team announced.
Casey will miss Monday night’s game against the Utah Jazz. Assistant coach Rex Kalamian will act as head coach for the game.

The Pistons are 8-30 this season despite winning three of their last five games. They play at Chicago on Tuesday and host the Toronto Raptors on Friday.
