DETROIT – Eminem, one of the most high-profile, diehard Lions fans, teamed up with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell for a hilarious promo ahead of the draft in Detroit.
“We are so fired up this year for the NFL draft,” Eminem says at the start of the video.
“Live from the D,” Goodell says, fist raised.
Eminem looks sideways at him. “You could just say Detroit.”
“That’s what I said.”
“You said, ‘The D.’”
“Detroit!” Goodell says.
“Am I being punked?” Eminem asks.
“The D!” Goodell finishes.
