DETROIT – The Detroit Pistons have hired former New Orleans Pelicans General Manager Trajan Langdon to become their new president of basketball operations.
ESPN Senior NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski broke the news on X Thursday (May 23) afternoon.

According to reports, Langdon spent the last five seasons building and retooling the 2024 playoff-bound Pelicans roster under former Cleveland Cavaliers NBA Champion and now Pelicans President David Griffin.
