Two key players for the Detroit Lions appear to be on their way back from absences due to injury.
According to Lions reporter Dannie Rogers, the team has started the clock for safety Ifeatu Melifonwu and cornerback Emmanuel Moseley to return to practice.

That move was announced on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024. Both players can now practice and have three weeks to join the active roster.
Melifonwu isn’t likely to take much playing time away from the duo of Kerby Joseph and Brian Branch, but he can help the Lions solve some of their pass rushing issues.
During the second half of last season, Melifonwu had three sacks thanks to creative blitz packages drawn up by defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn.
Moseley will also part of the rotation at defensive back. He’s basically had the entire first year and a half of his Lions career wiped out by injury.
