Michigan State earns No. 2 seed, will play Bryant in first round of NCAA Tournament

Spartans won Big Ten regular season title

EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State earned a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament and will play No. 15 seed Bryant in the first round.

The Spartans won the Big Ten regular season title and finished with a 27-6 overall record. They fell to Wisconsin in the semifinals of the Big Ten Tournament on Saturday.

If Michigan State beats Bryant on Friday, it will play the winner of No. 7 Marquette and No. 10 New Mexico in the round of 32.
