In honor of 313 Day, also known as Detroit Day, the Detroit Symphony Orchestra is temporarily offering $3.13 tickets for certain shows.

The Detroit Medical Center’s Hutzel Women’s Hospital welcomed several newborn Detroiters on Saturday, March 13 -- or, better known as 313 Day in the city. Pure Detroit provided Detroit-themed apparel for all the babies born at the hospital Saturday. The babies were dressed in onesies to celebrate 313 Day to show their pride as new Detroiters.

This Saturday March 13th is 313 Day, the unofficial holiday celebrating the city of Detroit. Today Jason got the chance to chat with Chris Gorski, the owner of Detroit GT, a store where you can find all kinds of arts and apparel themed around the city. He said he grew up in Dearborn Heights and saw the pride people had for the city of Detroit. He said he takes all his inspiration from Detroiters and the city, particularly in the historic buildings, the music, and the automobiles.
