The crash happened about 5:30 a.m. on eastbound I-696 in Farmington Hills. The vehicle left the roadway to the right and struck the bridge. The interstate was shut down at M-5 in Farmington Hills. State police said they are still investigating the cause of the crash and working to identify the victim.

Taylor is described as standing 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighting 110 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes. Thats because there is a transmission phone line problem at the National Weather Services office in White Lake. Usually, the weather radio is the most reliable method, since cell networks have problems more frequently than the weather radio transmission source. In fact, I can only remember one other occasion during my long career here at Local 4 where the weather radio network was down during a storm event -- its highly reliable.
