A 23-year-old man charged with murder in a hit-and-run on Belle Isle that killed one girl and injured another is set to appear in court Tuesday morning for a preliminary examination hearing.

A 23-year-old Detroit man has been charged- with murder in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed a 12-year-old girl and injured a 16-year-old girl.
