Police provided two updates Thursday connected to the Oxford High School shooting: One on the last remaining hospitalized victim and another on the investigation into whether anyone helped the parents of the suspected shooter avoid arrest.

Authorities executed a search warrant at the home of the artist that has connections to the building the parents of the suspected Oxford High School shooter were arrested in.

Detectives with the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office plan to interview a Metro Detroit artist who they believe may have a connection to the disappearance of the parents of the 15-year-old accused in the Oxford High School shooting.

The parents of the suspected Oxford High School shooter appeared to have fled town Friday following news that they were to face charges in the shooting, and police say they were assisted by someone they knew.
