Meanwhile, the Animal Control side of the operation will be managed by the cityโs General Services Department, under the direction of Assistant Director Lori Sowle. Sowle said her team is looking forward to the partnership with the Animal Care staff. โWe are going to focus on data management through an improved hotline, which will allow us to better target our animal control efforts.
