Detroit police investigating body found near school
Read full article: Detroit police investigating body found near schoolDETROIT Police are investigating after a body was found Friday morning a few blocks south of Clark, J.E. Preparatory Academy on Detroits east side. The body was found at about 9 a.m. near the intersection of Brunswick Street and Balfour Road, just north of Mack Avenue. Police are unsure of how the person died and have not released details on the age of the victim. The investigation is ongoing.

Her mother told police she gave Ahonsty Greer permission to stay the night but she never returned home the next day. Greer is described as a 14-year-old girl who is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 123 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink cammie tank-top and blue track shorts.
