An alleged gunman from a robbery in January had his girlfriend appear in court Wednesday.

A Detroit man has been charged with murder and assault after two armed robberies that took place less than three weeks apart, police said.

Detroit police have arrested the man they say gunned down a liquor store clerk last week on Detroit’s west side, and it’s not the only crime he’s accused of committing.
