Jason Snooks' wife discovered the theft Sunday morning. Snooks had wheel locks on his SUV and whoever took his wheels left the locks behind. Snooks said he was given an estimate that it would cost about $3,000 to replace the wheels on his SUV. "I wish they hadn't done it, and it's really disappointing you have to steal from other people," he said.
