Police say a man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that killed one person and critically injured another near the Washington State University campus.

You cant say you love someone enough, Brandon Grays sister, Brianna Gray, said. Brandon Gray was shot and killed at a house party on Detroits east side on Sunday morning. The family said Brandon Gray shouldnt have been at the party during a pandemic.
